Trails and Maps

The Badlands to Badlands Trail (B2B) is a developing multi-use route connecting the striking landscapes of eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Stretching along the I-94 corridor, the trail concept links the rugged Terry Badlands with the iconic Badlands of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. This interactive map highlights the established corridor and key segments of the route. Rather than a single continuous trail, the map reflects the broader network of connections and terrain that shape the Badlands to Badlands experience. From wide-open prairie and rolling hills to dramatic rock formations, the journey offers a range of ways to explore—whether you’re planning a road trip, discovering trail segments or simply getting to know the region.
